The 2018 St Andrew's Band in rehearsal with Kaveinga Vaka
In this year's School Brass Band Contest St Andrew's performed in the top grade for the first time, and were awarded Gold Medals for their Hymn, Test Piece and their Entertainment, and a Silver Medal for their March. This places them in the A+ Grade for next year, with just one other Tongan school band - Tupou College.
This is only the fourth year the St Andrew's Band has entered the Contest.
